According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed by Mohit Rathore, a member of the procession, a group of seven to eight individuals halted the procession on Nag-Nagin Road near a mosque around 8:30 pm. The procession was part of the preparations for the upcoming Ram temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya.
