In a significant move toward sustainable development and enhancing access to electricity, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the launch of the ‘PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana’. The initiative aims to provide free electricity to one crore households by offering up to 300 units of electricity every month. With an investment exceeding ₹75,000 crore, the project is poised to make a substantial impact on the lives of many.
