On Thursday, Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal moved the session court regarding the liquor policy scam case, where the court directed him to appear at the Rouse Avenue Court on March 16. Special Judge Rakesh Syal heard his plea. Senior advocate Ramesh Gupta presented arguments on Kejriwal’s behalf. After hearing both sides, the hearing was adjourned until tomorrow. Additionally, in response to an ED complaint related to money laundering, Kejriwal was issued a summons by the additional chief metropolitan magistrate, with a hearing scheduled for March 16. Despite receiving eight summonses from the ED in the Delhi liquor policy case, Kejriwal did not appear, leading the ED to file a complaint twice in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Special Court, where a hearing is set for March 16.
