On Sunday Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria, the former chief of Air Staff joined the BJP ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

He joined the party in the presence of BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde and Union Minister Anurag Thakur.

Notably, In September 2021, RKS Bhadauria retired from service paving the way for the current chief Vivek Ram Chaudhari.
