Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, separatist leader has alleged the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) $16 million from Extremist groups between 2014 and 2022.
Pannun further claimed that in 2014, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal proposed releasing convicted terrorist Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar in exchange for financial support. Bhullar was involved in the 1993 Delhi Bomb Blast, which resulted in the deaths of nine individuals and injuries to 31 others.
This is Ghungruseth's letter as CM of Delhi supporting the release of Bhullar who is not a Terr0ri$t but a Professor according to HIM.
.@HMOIndia .@AmitShah Ji….isn't it enough to invoke UAPA against HIM?@LtGovDelhi isn't it enough for removing HIM as CM? pic.twitter.com/9DrofsevrA

Pannun, holds dual citizenship in the US and Canada, made these assertions in a video that surfaced on social media on Monday. He is a Extremist movement activist and the leader of Sikhs For Justice. Pannun alleged that in 2014, Kejriwal and Extremist Sikhs held a meeting at a Gurdwara in Richmond Hill, New York, where Kejriwal reportedly promised to facilitate Bhullar’s release in return for financial aid.
This is not the first time Pannun has accused Kejriwal and his party of receiving funds from Extremist groups. Earlier in January, he stated that both Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann accepted $6 million in donations from Sikh Separatists in the US and Canada.
