In the deadly shootings at a concert hall in Moscow on Friday night, Russia has arrested four suspects who appeared in court on terror charges. Without directly naming the Islamic State, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday stated that the Moscow Terror Attack, which claimed more than 130 lives and injured over 150, was conducted by the “radical Islamists”, but reiterated his claims that Ukraine could have been involved in the attack.
