“Cannot Digest India’s Success…” Indian Student in UK Alleges Hate Campaign & Harassment

An Indian student studying in the United Kingdom has alleged that a ‘smear and hate campaign’ was run against him during student elections at his university, the London School of Economics (LSE). Satyam Surana, who grabbed headlines in 2023 when he defiantly picked up a Tricolour off the ground during an attack on the Indian High Commission in the UK by Sikh separatist elements, stated that people unfairly targeted him.
