Rouse Avenue Court sent Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody till April 15th in connection with the alleged liquor policy scam.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had asked for fifteen days of judicial custody of Kejriwal, citing his ‘non-cooperative behaviour’.
The CM was produced in Rouse Avenue Court as his custody ended on Monday. Kejriwal has been governing Delhi from jail with his wife Sunita Kejriwal passing his orders to his Cabinet colleagues.

‘Kejriwal has been non cooperative., he didn’t give us his passwords’ said ED counsel SV Raju.
Hiwever, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea for interim relief following his arrest last week in connection with a liquor policy case was rejected by the Delhi High Court on Wednesday.
The court listened to a petition filed by Kejriwal challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money-laundering case associated with the liquor policy issue.
Kejriwal’s legal representatives urgently requested the release of the Chief Minister, who remains in Enforcement Directorate custody until March 28. They also sought an immediate hearing on the matter.
