Moving on, he urged voters to be vigilant against what he termed the divisive and discriminatory intentions of the Congress Party and its allies.
The letters also included words of encouragement and appreciation for the candidates’ contributions and achievements. For instance, PM Modi commended Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya for his efforts in establishing and upgrading PM Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra (PMBJAK) for small entrepreneurs.
He praised Mandaviya’s proactive measures in healthcare initiatives and acknowledged his background as a leader in the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
Additionally, PM Modi also offered practical advice, considering the prevailing summer heat. He advised voters to cast their ballots early in the morning to avoid discomfort due to the rising temperatures.
The personalized nature of the letters underscores PM Modi’s strategy to bolster morale and rally support within the BJP ranks. By acknowledging individual accomplishments and offering words of encouragement, PM Modi aims to galvanize candidates and voters alike in the run-up to the elections.
The third phase of the Lok Sabha elections is set to take place on May 3, encompassing 94 seats across 12 states and Union Territories. With a total of 1,351 candidates in the fray, the stakes are high as political parties intensify their campaigns to secure victory in this crucial phase of the electoral process.
