BJP leader Shehzaad Poonawala has rebuked Congress for its blatant bonhomie with Pakistan. From releasing a Muslim League Manifesto to actually becoming a ‘Muslim League that created Pakistan,’ the relationship today is clear(between Congress and Pakistan): Congress ka haath Pakistan ke saath,” BJP National Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala said on Wednesday, just few moments after Pakistan’s former information and Broadcasting minister Chaudhary Fawad Hussain shared a video of Rahul Gandhi on his “X” account, with the caption, “Rahul on fire”.

Sharing the post on his social media, Poonawala wrote, “A Pakistani who has spewed venom against ‘Bharat’ is promoting Rahul Gandhi and the Congress.

Poonawala cited previous similar instances between Congress and Pakistan and also mentioned Pakistan-based terrorists in his revealing post. He recalled how Hafiz Saeed, the Pakistani terrorist who co-founded Lashkar-e-Taiba had said that Congress was his favorite party. He also mentioned how Mani Shankar Aiyyar had gone to Pakistan to depose PM Modi.

Poonawala also mentioned, the “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans which were raised by Congress leaders in the past.  Today the rishta is clear- Congress ka haath Pakistan ke saath, he asserted in his post. He also stressed on the vote jihad of Congress.
