Recently in an exclusive interview with Republic Media Network, Prime Minister Narendra Modi articulated his vision for Bharat. He expressed a desire for the country to become the capital of South East Asia.
PM Modi emphasized that Bharat’s progress is not a threat to anyone, and as Bharat grows stronger, the burden on the world diminishes.

The Prime Minister stressed that Bharat’s advancement brings positivity globally. He pointed out that as Bharat prospers, the global burden decreases, citing achievements such as increased GDP, rising per capita income, and initiatives like the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) and solar energy projects.

PM Modi underscored Bharat’s positive effect on global rankings and described Bharat as a “mine of opportunities.” He underlined how Bharat’s growth is perceived worldwide, with many nations acknowledging Bharat as a land of immense potential for progress and investment.
Moreover, PM Modi brings focus on Bharat’s proactive engagement with the international community, including efforts to empower the Global South. He mentioned Bharat’s role in making Africa a member of the G20 and emphasized Bharat’s commitment to being a significant player on the global stage.
Responding to concerns about increasing pressure on him personally in the future, PM Modi shifted the focus to Bharat approach in international relations. He emphasized a shift from maintaining distance to prioritizing closeness with other countries, thereby fostering stronger relationships based on mutual benefit and cooperation.
