Brimming with confidence, he asserted that he believed it was his divine duty to work tirelessly until 2047 to accomplish this goal. Modi, currently 74 years old, emphasized his conviction that God had bestowed upon him a special purpose and was guiding him towards this objective. He declared his determination to continue this endeavor until completion, stating, “God will not call me back until the target is achieved.”
Addressing the aspirations of the people, Modi embraced the slogan ‘400 Paar’, symbolizing the aim to surpass previous achievements. He attributed this goal not to any political party but to the collective will of the citizens.

Drawing an analogy to academic excellence, he likened surpassing the 400 mark in Parliament to a student striving for higher grades after achieving 95 percent.
In response to criticisms regarding the fairness of elections, Modi pointed to historical precedents, particularly the postponement of elections in 1991 following the assassination of Congress leader Rajiv Gandhi.
PM Modi questioned whether such instances constituted a level playing field and highlighted the contentious role of former Chief Election Commissioner TN Seshan, who later contested against LK Advani on a Congress ticket.
Regarding the incarceration of two serving chief ministers during the election period, Modi clarified that the judiciary, not the government, had taken action based on legal proceedings. He referenced court rulings in cases involving former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Delhi Minister Manish Sisodia to underscore the impartiality of the legal system.
