Voter turnout exhibited varying percentages across different states and Union Territories. By 9 am, Bihar recorded a turnout of 10.58%, while Chandigarh saw a slightly higher turnout at 11.64%. Himachal Pradesh witnessed a notable participation rate of 14.35%, followed by Jharkhand with 12.15%.
In Odisha, the turnout stood at 7.69%, whereas Punjab registered a turnout of 9.64%. Uttar Pradesh saw a significant voter engagement, recording a turnout of 12.94%, while West Bengal marked a turnout of 12.63%.
