Over 90 bodies have been recovered from the landslides that struck Kerala’s hilly Wayanad district early on Tuesday. As rescue operators recover body parts from the rivers and mud, it is difficult to determine the exact number of casualties, sources said. Many women and children are among the dead, and hundreds are feared to be trapped. Triggered by heavy rainfall, the landslides have caused widespread destruction, destroying several houses, swelling water bodies, and uprooting trees. Stay with RITAM for the latest updates.
