The entire country is outraged by the incident of rape and murder of a female doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. But now this matter is not limited to India only. Now voices are being raised all over the world about this matter and people are demanding justice.
Protests are being held all over the country regarding the brutality with the doctor in Kolkata. Especially doctors and people associated with the medical field are constantly demanding justice in the Kolkata case. However, now people of Indian origin spread all over the world are raising their voice on this issue and demanding strict punishment for the accused.
A sit-in demonstration was organized at Times Square in New York on the night of August 14 in protest against the brutality with the doctor in Kolkata. They expressed their support for the students and doctors protesting in Bengal.
At the same time, protesters also gathered at Lake Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, America and demonstrated against the Kolkata incident. During this, about 250 people of Indian origin gathered.
Similarly, people took out candle marches in Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Cologne in Germany, Leeds in Britain as well as Manchester. People also protested and demanded justice in Trinity Church in London, Princess Street in Edinburgh, Krakow in Poland, Austin in Canada.
