After the police action on the madrasa located in Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh, many important things have come to light in the investigation. Illegal business of fake notes was going on in this madrasa as a few days ago, 4 people including the Maulvi were arrested on charges of printing fake notes of Rs. 100 each.
Now many documents have been found by the police and many revelations have been made. Police had recovered many books from the madrasa. Through these books, the Maulana of the madrasa used to brainwash Muslim children and used to poison the tender minds of children against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. UP ATS has also started searching for 630 children who have studied from this madrasa. The name of this madrasa is Jamia Habibiya Masjid e Azam and comes under the Atrasuiya police station area of Prayagraj district.
Book of former DIG of Maharashtra
MS Musharraf’s name is written as the author in this book which does propaganda against RSS. The author is said to be the former IG of Maharashtra Police. Police says that action will be taken against the madrasa’s Maulvi under NSA.
The madrasa was getting foreign funding. The police also found out in the investigation that the madrasa was getting financial help from Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. According to the information, 48 lakh rupees were sent every year through these countries. The committee running the madrasa says that this amount was sent as help.
Police raided on 28 August
28 August was when Jan Dhan Yojana completed 10 years. Police raided this madrasa on the same day and exposed the illegal business of fake notes. Police also arrested 4 people including the Maulvi. Police recovered a bundle of notes from the accused. Fake notes worth one lakh thirty thousand rupees were recovered. Along with this, laptop, scanner, printer, semi-manufactured notes and 234 pages were recovered from the madrasa.
Two accused are from Prayagraj, two from Odisha
The accused, Afzal and Shahid are residents of Kareli police station area of Prayagraj district. Mohammad Zahir and Maulana Tafseerul both are residents of Odisha state. For the last several years, the Maulvi was living in a madrasa in Atarsuiya of Prayagraj district and was involved in the business of selling fake notes in Khuldabad and Kareli areas of Prayagraj district.
