In his address, AIIMS Bhubaneswar Executive Director Dr. Ashutosh Biswas expressed deep respect for Shri Vajpayee’s contributions, emphasising his key role in the institution’s development. Reflecting on the former Prime Minister’s legacy, Dr. Biswas highlighted the significant impact of his vision on healthcare accessibility and quality.
