Delhi, 23 January (H.S.) : Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate several projects including a cancer hospital in Surat today. Shah, MP from Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat of Gujarat, will inaugurate the ‘Hindu Spiritual Service Fair’ at the Gujarat University ground in Ahmedabad in the morning. This information was given in a press release issued by Home Minister Amit Shah’s office on Wednesday.
According to the press release, Home Minister Shah will reach Surat at around 1:30 pm and will address the public after inaugurating the newly built cancer hospital and dharamshala on Dumas Road. After this, he will return to Ahmedabad and will inaugurate two underpasses in Sabarmati and New Ranip area at four in the evening. He will also lay the foundation stone of two projects related to drainage and water conservation in the Ranip area. Shah will address the public meeting after dedicating various development projects of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to the public at Sardar Chowk in Ranip.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate a new sports complex built under the railway overbridge in Thaltej area. It has been constructed by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
According to Ahmedabad Bureau, Amit Shah reached Ahmedabad on Wednesday evening on a two-day tour. Today he will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Pujan of development projects worth Rs 651 crore. Today Shah will participate in a total of eight programs organized in Surat and Ahmedabad. According to Bharatiya Janata Party’s state spokesperson Yagnesh Dave, Shah will first inaugurate the fair organized by Hindu Aadhyaatmik and Seva Sansthan at Gujarat University ground in Memnagar, Ahmedabad at 10.30 am today. Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will also be present in this program.
