Delhi, 28 January (H.S.): BJP is putting all its strength in the electoral battle of Delhi Assembly. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold rallies to campaign in favor of BJP candidates in this election. In this sequence, Prime Minister Modi will hold a rally in Ghonda.
BJP has dominated the Ghonda area. In the 2015 elections, the Aam Aadmi Party candidate won from here but in the year 2020, BJP won this seat. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are holding rallies in Delhi on Tuesday in the assembly elections. Amit Shah held a road show in Kasturba Nagar and Badarpur in Delhi on Tuesday. After this, Amit Shah will hold a public meeting for Ramesh Bidhuri on the Kalkaji assembly seat. Ramesh Bidhuri is pitted against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi on this seat. Chief Minister Yogi also addressed public meetings in three places in Delhi – Mangolpuri, Vikaspuri and Rajendra Nagar on Tuesday.
A triangular contest is being seen between AAP, BJP and Congress in the Delhi assembly elections. While the ruling AAP government is trying to make a hat-trick in the elections, Congress wants to return to power after 12 years, while BJP is hoping to return to power after 26 years. Voting will be held in Delhi on February 5 and the results will be declared on February 8. The election campaign will end on the evening of February 3.
