Delhi, 29 January (H.S.): Top leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), biggest star campaigner and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in the electoral battle of Delhi Assembly today. He will address a huge public meeting of BJP in the national capital Delhi.
According to BJP’s x handle, “Prime Minister Modi will address a huge public meeting in Kartar Nagar (fourth pushta) across Yamuna at 12:30 pm today. It has been told that Prime Minister Modi will hold two more rallies in Delhi. These are proposed on January 31 and February 2.”
This time there is a possibility of a triangular contest between AAP, BJP and Congress in Delhi. The ruling AAP government is trying for a hat-trick. Congress is trying to end its 12-year exile.
BJP is hoping to return to power in Delhi after 26 years. According to the Election Commission, election campaigning in Delhi will end on the evening of February 3. After voting on February 5, the election results are expected to be declared on February 8.
