Bhopal, January 29 (HS): Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that economic and cultural relations between India and Japan are becoming stronger under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Madhya Pradesh will play a leading role in strengthening this partnership. Japanese companies will invest in the state with new technologies, which will give a new direction to the industrial and economic development of the state. Chief Minister Yadav, on the second day of his Japan visit, on Wednesday, visited Lord Buddha at the Sensoji Temple in Tokyo and shared his experiences of the visit. This information was given by Public Relations Officer Sandeep Kapoor.
Chief Minister Yadav said that meaningful discussions have been held with the Foreign Minister, Japanese investors, Japan External Trade Organization, Chairman of Keidanren Institute and many private investors to promote investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh. He said that new possibilities are being developed in the industrial, IT, health and education sectors of Madhya Pradesh with the advanced technology and industrial expertise of Japan. Work is also being done to ensure employment opportunities and participation in industrial development through skill development of youth.
Chief Minister Yadav, referring to the global influence of Buddhism and the cultural heritage of Japan, said that Mahatma Buddha inspired the whole world with non-violence and spiritual life. Chief Minister Yadav said that Gautam Buddha is revered as the incarnation of Lord Vishnu and it is a matter of pride for India. The thoughts of Lord Buddha are the architects of cultural and spiritual unity among Asian countries. He said that the purpose of the Japan visit is not limited to investment but also to show respect to the rich culture of Japan and Buddhism.
Chief Minister Yadav expressed hope that this partnership of India and Japan will reach new heights. With the blessings of Mahatma Buddha, both the countries will move forward on the path of progress and prosperity.
