Over 55 workers were trapped under the snow on the National Highway in Uttarakhand following an avalanche took place in Badrinath Dham following a heavy snowfall, officials said on Friday. The incident took place on the National Highway connecting Mana to Ghastoli in the state. According to the media reports, 57 workers were trapped under the snow.
