The Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is set to hold its three-day long Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS) from March 21 to March 23 in Bengaluru. The Sangh will adopt two crucial resolutions on the ‘national issues’.
The ABPS holds special significance, with Vijaya Dashami 2025 shaping the Sangh’s ideological and strategic direction for the next phase of its journey. In the Sangh’s organisational system, ABPS is considered to be the highest decision-making body, and it is organised once every year.
“The annual report (Karyavritta) of the last year (2024-25) of the Sangh will be discussed in the baithak (meeting). Along with the critical analysis on it, reporting on special initiatives will also be done.
On the coming Vijayadashami (Dussehra) 2025, Sangh work is completing its hundred years; for this reason, Vijayadashami (Dussehra) 2025 to 2026 will be considered as the centenary completion year of the Sangh,” Sunil Ambekar, Akhil Bharativa Prachar Pramukh of the RSS said in a statement.
He added, “Apart from reviewing the progress of the centenary year, a framework of various programmes, events, and campaigns for the upcoming year will also be prepared in the meeting. Two resolutions on national issues will be considered for adoption,” he added.
He further added that the work of social change, the efforts of Pancha Parivartan (an RSS programme) is expected to be discussed. “In addition to the issue of Hindu awakening, an analysis of the current scenario of the country, including a discussion on the follow-up activities, are also included in the agenda of the Baithak,” Ambedkar stated.
