Union Minister Anurag Thakur strongly criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his comments on China. Gandhi had raised concerns about China allegedly taking Indian land.
In response, Thakur said, “Those who talk about India and China once had close ties with the Chinese.” He added that no Indian land has been lost to China. Thakur’s remarks were aimed at challenging Gandhi’s accusations.
Union Minister Anurag Thakur responded sharply to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s comments about China. He said, “Those who talk about India and China drank soup with the Chinese,” referring to past interactions between Congress leaders and Chinese officials.
Thakur also added, “Not a single inch of Indian land was lost to China,” dismissing Gandhi’s allegations. Rahul Gandhi had claimed that China had taken control of 4,000 square kilometers of Indian land and questioned the government’s actions. He raised concerns about the lack of transparency, saying that the people are hearing about it from the Chinese ambassador, not from the Indian government.
