After 60 hours, the Israeli military, known as the IDF, finished a big mission in Jenin. The goal was to stop terrorism in the area. They had soldiers and police working together. They went through lots of buildings, arresting about 60 people they were looking for. They also found and took away more than 50 weapons, hundreds of explosives, and around $27,000 in terrorist money.
In total, more than ten terrorists were killed during the operation. The IDF also caught 14 wanted terrorists in other places, and three of them were connected to the group Hamas. The soldiers found and destroyed some hidden places terrorists were using, like underground tunnels, labs for making dangerous things, and observation points to watch the IDF.
While doing this, an Israeli Air Force plane attacked two groups of terrorists who were attacking Israeli forces. The attack killed seven terrorists and hurt others. Seven IDF soldiers and one officer were a bit injured, but they got help and were taken to the hospital.
