In a significant development for family reunification efforts, Russia has facilitated the handover of 11 children to Ukraine through mediation by Qatar. The handover took place at the Qatari Embassy in Moscow, where Qatar’s Ambassador Ahmed bin Nasser bin Jassim Al-Thani and Russian Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova oversaw the event, as reported by Russia-based TASS news agency.
