On Saturday Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the Congress on the issue of corruption and said that the opposition party is in panic as the BJP has shut their “shop of loot” and is holding rallies not to win the elections but to “save the corrupt (INDIA bloc).”
Addressing the rally in Rajasthan’s Ajmer, PM Modi called the Congress a party of “dynasts and corrupts.”
“The Congress Party is not holding rallies to win the elections, it is holding rallies to save the corrupt. No matter how much they keep saying this, Modi’s fight against corruption will continue,” the Prime Minister said.
Earlier on March 31, all leading Opposition leaders came together and shared the stage at the Ramlila Maidan to register their protest over Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest in the case.
PM Modi said that whatever has been done no matter how much or how good it is- it is just a “trailer.”
“The big names, the big people of the Congress and royal families who curse Modi, this is their political strategy. They are angry with Modi because Modi stands like a rock with the villages and the poor of the country. They considered looting public money their ancestral right. Modi has permanently cured the disease of their looting in the last 10 years. Modi has brought down the shutters of their looting shop, that’s why they are panicked,” PM Modi said condemning Congress and its allies’ misrule.
