The National Investigation Agency on Friday arrested the kingpins behind the explosion at Rameshwaram cafe in Bengaluru The two main absconders were identified as Adbul Matheen Taha and Mussavir Hussain Shazeb They were traced out to their hideout near Kolkata, the NIA Official said Mussavir Hussain Shazib is said to be the accused who placed the IED at the cafe, while Abdul Matheen Taha is the mastermind behind the planning, execution of the blast and subsequent evasion from the clutches of law
