Addressing a public rally in South Goa, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a massive crowd in South Goa. He expressed confidence in the support of the people, citing overwhelming feedback from the ground that echoes the belief of ‘Fir ek Baar Modi Sarkar.’

Praising Goa for embodying the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat,’ PM Modi highlighted the significance of the forthcoming election.

He described it as a choice between the NDA’s approach focused on fulfilling aspirations through inclusive development and an I.N.D.I alliance driven by greed for family and dynasty.

PM Modi says, “Congress is involved in a dangerous game for the votebank appeasement. It wants to give a reservation based on religion… The mystery of the foreign tours of Congress’ ‘Shehzada’ is out… He has brought an X-ray machine from there. He publicly says that after their government is formed, they will conduct an X-ray of the country and they will examine your wealth and distribute it amongst their vote bank… ‘Congress ki Loot, Zindagi ke sath bhi, Zindagi ke baad bhi’…”

PM Modi emphasized the NDA’s commitment to ‘Santushtikaran’ (contentment) as opposed to the I.N.D.I alliance’s ‘Tushtikaran’ (appeasement). He reiterated the NDA’s motto of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,’ promising to ensure the last-mile delivery of developmental benefits to all sections of society.

Addressing the importance of the fisheries sector in Bharat’s economic growth, PM Modi highlighted the government’s initiatives.

These include the establishment of a separate Ministry of Fisheries, provision of credit facilities, insurance schemes, and support for production and processing facilities, as well as the promotion of organic seaweed farming.

PM Modi also touched upon the growth of tourism and the preservation of cultural heritage. He credited the NDA government for the significant increase in tourist arrivals and foreign exchange earnings from tourism. He mentioned initiatives like e-tourist visas, G20 meetings, and the ‘Wed in India’ campaign to boost tourism, especially in Goa.

Recognizing Goa’s sporting culture, PM Modi assured the country that Bharat would soon host the Olympic Games. However, he criticized the I.N.D.I alliance for its politics of negativity and appeasement, accusing them of disregarding national unity and the Indian Constitution.

It is my guarantee for the sports lovers of Goa that I will fulfil your dream of organising the Olympics in India…" pic.twitter.com/YBqimhs8K0

Highlighting Bharat’s progress and potential for investment, PM Modi warned against the Congress party’s proposed policies, including an ‘Inheritance Tax’ and caste-based wealth assessment. He accused the Congress of aiming to ‘loot’ the people and disrupt Bharat’s development trajectory.

PM Modi at the end urged voters to reject the Congress party’s lies and propaganda. He emphasized the importance of every vote for the NDA to ensure Bharat’s continued development and democracy.

The rally concluded with chants of ‘Fir ek Baar Modi Sarkar’ as supporters pledged their allegiance to the Prime Minister and the NDA government.
