On Saturday afternoon An Indian Army vehicle met with an accident in South Kashmir’s Dooru area in Anantnag district, resulting in the death of one jawan and injuries to nine others.
Notably, all injured army persons have been referred to SDH Dooru where one personnel namely Gurmeet Singh succumbed to his injury.
Earlier last month, an Indian Army vehicle met with an accident in Jammu & Kashmir’s Baramulla district. The accident took place at the Torna area of the district. Three soldiers also sustained injuries. The injured soldiers were immediately evacuated to 92 base Srinagar for treatment.
The body of the martyred soldier in the accident was brought to the hospital for legal and medical formalities.
