As the Lok Sabha elections progress into their 7th phase, voters in 57 constituencies across eight states and Union territories have cast their votes. Overall voter turnout during Phase 7 of polling in the general election across 57 constituencies has been recorded at 49.68 % as of 3 pm.
The highest voter turnout so far has been recorded in Jharkhand with 60.14 % as of 3 pm, where three constituencies are undervoting, while the lowest has been recorded in Bihar with 42.95 %, where eight constituencies are undervoting.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission’s voter-turnout app reports an approximate polling percentage of 40.09% till 1 pm.
Voting for the final and seventh phase of the 18th Lok Sabha elections, which started at 7 am on Saturday, will conclude at 6 pm. This phase marks the conclusion of the largest democratic exercise of electing the 543 representatives for the 18th Lok Sabha.

As many as 57 constituencies (General- 41; ST- 03; SC-13) across eight states and Union Territories are voting to decide the fate of 904 candidates. Polling for 42 assembly constituencies of the Odisha Legislative Assembly is also taking place simultaneously on Saturday.
All 13 parliamentary constituencies of Punjab are voting on Saturday in the last phase. Six assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh have also gone to polls today. The outcome will have a bearing on the Congress government in the state. All six seats going to the polls were held by Congress MLAs from these seats cross-voted in the Rajya Sabha polls.
