In a recent incident outside her Bandra residence in Mumbai, Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon found herself entangled in a heated exchange stemming from what appears to be a road rage incident.
According to reports and widely circulated footage on the internet, Raveena and her driver were accused of assaulting two women. However, CCTV footage seems to contradict these allegations.
A close source to the actor disclosed that Raveena was actually the one subjected to assault by a group of people attempting to enter her house. The CCTV footage allegedly depicts that Raveena’s car did not make contact with the woman in question.
Instead, upon the car’s entrance into the building premises, a mob gathered and began demanding the driver to exit the vehicle. In a step to prevent the situation from escalating, Raveena intervened to protect her driver and watchman, resulting in her sustaining injuries.

The source asserts that the driver did not harm the woman as portrayed in the viral video, framing the incident as a matter of personal security being compromised.
The viral social media clip shows Raveena pleading with someone not to resort to violence, while another woman and a man assert that they were assaulted by Raveena and her staff.
However, DCP Raj Tilak Roshan stated that no formal case has been registered regarding the incident. As per him, the altercation arose when Raveena’s car was reversing and a pedestrian walked past, prompting her to express frustration at the driver.
The car did not make physical contact with the pedestrian, but a verbal altercation ensued. Raveena then exited the vehicle and engaged in an argument. With no written complaints filed by either party, the authorities have refrained from pursuing the matter legally.
The incident has sparked discussions on social media, with users sharing opinions and speculations about the sequence of events. While the situation remains unresolved legally, it serves as another instance highlighting the complexities of navigating public and private spaces for public figures like Raveena Tandon.
