Sajid Saifullah Jatt, believed to be the Lashkar-e-Taiba commander in Kashmir, is suspected of directing the local Lashkar-backed group, The Resistance Front, to execute the attack on a passenger bus in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district. The attack resulted in the deaths of nine people and injuries to 41 others.
