Amid the controversy surrounding NEET-UG 2024, 1,563 students will be retaking the exam on Sunday.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released admit cards for candidates on Saturday and has changed six centres for the re-examination, including Jhajjar in Haryana, where six students scored a perfect 720 marks.
NTA officials will be present at the exam centre to ensure fair conduct of the exam. This re-examination comes after the Centre earlier told the Supreme Court that it had cancelled the grace marks awarded to 1,563 candidates who took the exam, adding that these candidates would have the option to either take a retest or forego the compensatory marks awarded to them for loss of time.
