He added, ‘Devprakash Madhukar was arrested from Delhi late evening yesterday. Madhukar and Sevadar didn’t make the correct arrangements for the Satsang. All fled from the spot after the stampede occurred. Bhola Baba’s convoy passed from a huge crowd knowing well it could cause a stampede. Those found guilty won’t be spared’.
He added, ‘The matter of funding has come up, which is under investigation. The program was organized on a huge scale, so much so that uniforms were being given. Such a big program is held, so much expenditure is incurred, where is all the money coming from. All their bank accounts, trust details and donor lists are being sought. Somewhere it seems that they are being funded by some political party. Until we get the money trail, we will not be able to confirm it’.
