Farhatullah Ghori, the terrorist who orchestrated the Rameshwaram Café blast, has recently shared a video on Telegram. The terrorist has called for largescale train attacks in the video across India and has said, ‘Will shake the government’.
Ghori has asked the sleeper cells in India to carry out largescale train derailments in Delhi, Mumbai and other parts of India. In the video, Ghori hasn’t only called for massive derailments across the Indian railway network, but he has explained the many ways of conducting bomb blasts with the help of pressure cookers.
Farhatullah has launched an attack on the central investigative agencies; he said in the video shared on Telegram that the government is targeting their properties through the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and therefore they have to act against them.
He has also warned of an ‘ishtishadi Jung’, ie a suicidal war which would be targeting the Hindu leaders and the police. He can be heard saying in the video, ‘We will shake the government’.
However, a bomb blast occurred in the Rameshwaram Café in Bengaluru’s Brookfield area on March 1, injuring a total of ten people on March 1, 2024.
NIA has arrested five people in connection with the case including two key accused- mastermind Adbul Matheen Ahmed Taahaa and Mussavir Hussain Shazib (the perpetrators of the attack) from their hideout in Kolkata, where they were saying under assumed identities. The duo along with co-accused Maaz Muneer Ahmed and Muzammil Shareef, a resident of Khalsa in Karnataka’s Chikkamagaluru, are under arrest.
