New shocking details have come in the Kolkata Rape and Murder Case that the victim had a ‘bite mark’ on the right side of her jaw according to the postmortem report. Amid the ongoing protests by doctors across the country, the revelation has come. However, the postmortem report states that the victim had a ‘bite mark’ on the right side of her jaw.
The CBI will conduct a forensic examination of his teeth in order to find out whether it is the accused Sanjay Roy or not. They also want forensic examination of the victim’s dental braces. According to the media reports, the application in this regard has been submitted to the sealdah court. Notably, the young doctor’s body was found with multiple injuries. Sixteen external injuries were reported in the autopsy report. The second autopsy was not conducted as ordered by the court as the victim’s body was quickly burned.
By looking at the camera footage, investigators were able to identify the marks of trauma on the body. There is no opportunity for them to verify the cause of most of the injuries since there is no body. The probe agency wants to proceed based on the elimination theory which will help in letting know whether Sanjoy Roy was alone or someone else was with him. Notably, samples are taken with Datkal Jail and Abhaya’s parents had alleged that their daughter’s body was cremated in a rush and the postmortem was also done quickly.
In the autopsy report submitted to the top court some shocking details have been revealed, which give hints at the fact that the victim’s body was brought into the hospital from somewhere outside. According to the media reports, the autopsy report submitted to the Supreme Court, at 12:44, Abhaya was brought to RG Kar Hospital. The report mentions clearly the word ‘brought’. ‘Abhaya’ was on duty for 36 hours continuously and so what does the report been by the world ‘brought into RG Kar’.
The postmortem report brings the questions, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has done a 3D mapping of three rooms of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, where the Kolkata Rape and Murder Case had taken place. The 3D mapping of the rooms has been done using two types of chemicals – Luminol and Hydrogen Peroxide.
In the Kolkata Rape and Murder Case following the 3D mapping by CBI, it has been revealed that footprints of many suspects have been found in the rooms in question. These footprints include that of the trainee doctor who was raped and murdered in the seminar room of the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Blood stains have also been found along with the footprints of Abhaya. The CBI is continuing with its probe as protests across the country and abroad continue, seeking Justice for Abhaya.
