VSHORADS: DRDO’s Latest Man-Portable Missile Will Redefine How India Secures Its Borders

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced a historic milestone with the completion of development trials for the indigenously developed 4th Generation miniaturized Very Short Range Air Defence System, or VSHORADS. This comes after three consecutive successful flight tests at the Pokhran Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan, demonstrating the effectiveness of this advanced missile system.
