On Wednesday, Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah said in an election rally in Dhule said that NDA alliance means development and Mahavikas Aghadi means destruction.
Shah said, ‘Therefore, the people of Maharashtra have made up their mind to form the NDA government for the development of the state’. He said that the Congress party did not allow the construction of Ram temple for 70 years.
While addressing a campaign rally organized in support of NDA alliance candidates in Dhule, Shah said that “The Congress party did not allow the construction of Ram temple for 70 years, but after becoming the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi made the dream of Ram temple come true. After five and a half hundred years, Lord Ram went to his home. None of Sharad Pawar, Supriya Sule, Rahul Gandhi, Uddhav Thackeray came to the Ram Mandir Prana Pratishtha ceremony, because they were afraid of losing a certain vote bank, but we are not afraid of it”.
He further added, “In the assembly elections, on one side there is Aurangzeb fans club and on the other side there are Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Hum Log”. “The Congress is a party opposing OBC. Mahavikas Aghadi opposed the Ladli Behan Yojana. They do not want our sisters to get Rs 1500 but if our government comes, this amount will be increased” said Amit Shah.
Amit Shah said that the people of Mahavikas Aghadi are working to divide people here and cause riots, which is not in the interest of not only Maharashtra but the country at all. Along with this, Amit Shah targeted Shiv Sena (UBT) President Uddhav Thackeray and said that those who opposed changing the name of Aurangabad to Sambhaji Nagar, opposed the construction of Ram temple, opposed the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, opposed the surgical strike by calling Hindus terrorists, are sitting with them.
