Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while addressing an election rally in Giridih on Thursday, said that in the first phase of Jharkhand assembly elections, the people of the state have voted heavily in favor of BJP, expressing faith in the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi due to which it has been decided that the next government in Jharkhand is going to be formed by NDA.
He appealed to the people to form a BJP-led NDA government in Jharkhand this time and said that this will lead to all-round development of Jharkhand and will improve the living standards of the people. He said that on one hand the JMM, Congress, RJD alliance consider Jharkhand as an ATM, while the Bharatiya Janata Party, All Jharkhand Students Union and allied parties want to make Jharkhand a prosperous state.
Regarding Bangladeshi infiltrators in Jharkhand, he said that as soon as the BJP government is formed in Jharkhand, a law will be made in this regard. He claimed that the condition of Congress in Jharkhand is going to be like that of Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections.
Targeting Congress over the repeal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, he said that even four generations of Rahul Gandhi’s family cannot bring it back. He said that it is our government’s resolve to bring the Waqf Board Act in Parliament.
