On November 26, 2008, Mumbai, India’s financial capital, was struck by a devastating terrorist attack, known as 26/11. Ten terrorists from Pakistan’s Lashkar-e-Taiba targeted key locations including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, the Taj Hotel, Oberoi Trident Hotel, and Nariman House. The attack, involving shootings and explosions, lasted three days, killing 166 people and injuring over 300.
