Mumbai, 28 December (H.S.): In a special drive conducted by the Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS), 13 Bangladeshi nationals were arrested for illegally entering and staying in India without valid documents.
The arrests were made in collaboration with the local police in Navi Mumbai, Thane and Sholapur, and the individuals have been booked under the Foreigners Act and other relevant laws.
Investigation revealed that these individuals had managed to obtain Indian documents such as Aadhaar cards using forged documents.
