New Delhi, January 15 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday remembered Tamil poet and philosopher Tiruvalluvar and said that his poems reflect the essence of Tamil culture and our philosophical heritage.
The Prime Minister wrote in the post, “On Tiruvalluvar Day, we remember the great Tiruvalluvar, one of the greatest philosophers, poets and thinkers of our country. His poems reflect the essence of Tamil culture and our philosophical heritage. His teachings emphasize righteousness, compassion and justice. His timeless work, Tirukkural, stands as a beacon of inspiration, providing profound insights on many issues. We will continue to work hard to fulfill his vision for our society.”
