Omar Abdullah Slams Pakistan’s Border Development As ‘Showoff’ Funded By China

Jammu and Kashmir’s Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, hit out at Pakistan’s border development efforts, calling them as mere “showoff” projects financed with Chinese money. Abdullah said, “Everyone was listening patiently”. “But then what Gurezi saab said isn’t wrong. There hasn’t been much real development in Pakistan’s borders; it’s all for show, funded by China”, he added. Omar Abdullah didn’t hold back, further adding, “The situation is too bad, yet we never asked China or the UK for help. Just like Pakistan has turned to China for support, we shouldn’t get caught up in this.”
