In a statement, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis accused perpetrators behind the violence. During the state assembly budget session, Maharashtra CM elucidated that weapons, stones, and a large mob targeting specific houses were all found by police, indicating a planned attack.
BJP MLA Pravin Datke Says ‘Violence Was Pre-Determined’
Pravin Datke, BJP MLA from Nagpur Central who visited the site of the violence, asserted that the clashes were pre-planned. Datke signified the destruction of CCTV cameras and the targeted nature of the violence, claiming Hindu homes and businesses were targeted.
