A student hailing from Guntur district, Paruchuri Abhijit was killed by unidentified assailants in the United States. The killers left Abhijit’s body in a car inside a forest. Abhijit was the only son of Paruchuri Chakradhar and Srilakshmi.
He was said to be a bright student since his childhood. Although Abhijit’s mother initially refused her son’s wish to go abroad for higher studies, she agreed keeping his future in mind, his family members said.
Abhijit went to Boston University after getting an engineering seat. It is suspected that the assailants might have killed Abhijit for money and his laptop. However, the murder in the campus has raised many suspicions and he may have had some quarrel with other students in the university.
After completing all the formalities in the US, the body was moved to Burripalem in Guntur district.
