The Russian embassy in Bharat has launched an online book of condolence for individuals who wish to express their sympathies.

President Vladimir Putin announced a national day of mourning and vowed to apprehend and punish all responsible for the attack, which claimed the lives of over 130 people and left another 150 injured.
“I express my deep, sincere condolences to all those who lost their loved ones,” Putin said in an address to the nation, his first public comments on the attack.
“The whole country and our entire people are grieving with you,” he added.
However, the Islamic State group has taken accountability for an assault on a concert hall in suburban Moscow, resulting in the deaths of at least 133 people, marking it the deadliest incident in Russia as of now.
Despite claims from the United States about the evidence supporting the jihadists’ involvement, both Moscow and Kyiv engaged in mutual accusations on Saturday amidst the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
