BTS’ Jin is set to reunite with his fans very soon. His mandatory military service will officially end on June 12, 2024, and fans have been eagerly waiting for this day. Jin is equally excited to see his fans again and will host a special in-person event right after his discharge.

2024 FESTA Celebration

To celebrate the 2024 FESTA, which marks BTS’ debut anniversary, Jin will host a special fan event. This event will be held on June 13, 2024, at the Jamsil Indoor Sports Stadium. Fans can apply to attend this event, which will be divided into two parts.

The first part, called Jin’s Greetings, will start at 3 PM KST on June 13. This session will last for about three hours and will involve personal interaction with Jin. Fans will have the chance to enjoy light hugs with Jin, as he requested.

For those who win the raffle but prefer not to engage in hugs, a handshake option will be available. The agency has ensured that all necessary precautions will be taken to make this a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Second Session: Message from Jin

The second part, called Message from Jin, is set for 8 PM KST on the same day. This hour-long session will feature Jin delivering heartfelt messages and performing for his fans. Unlike the first session, the second part will be streamed live exclusively on Weverse for ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders. More details about this will be provided later.

Kim Seokjin, known as Jin, is a beloved South Korean singer, songwriter, and a key member of the globally famous boy band BTS.

Jin has contributed to BTS with three solo tracks: ‘Awake’ in 2016, ‘Epiphany’ in 2018, and ‘Moon’ in 2020, all of which have been popular in South Korea. In 2019, Jin released his digital track ‘Tonight’, and in October 2022, he debuted his solo career with the single ‘The Astronaut’.

Jin’s Achievements

Besides singing, Jin hosted multiple South Korean music programs from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, he and his bandmates were awarded the fifth-class Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit by the President of South Korea for their significant contributions to Korean culture.
