Following the meeting, Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Kirti Vardhan Singh, announced plans to visit Kuwait to oversee assistance efforts firsthand.

In a statement, Sheikh Fahad al-Yousuf al-Sabah attributed the fire to the greed of the company and building owners, emphasizing the need for swift and thorough investigation into the causes of the tragedy.
The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has also intervened, ordering a comprehensive probe into the incident and promising to ensure accountability for those responsible. His directive reflects the gravity of the situation and the Kuwaiti government’s commitment to justice.
Furthermore, the Bharatiya ambassador to Kuwait, Adarsh Swaika, has been actively engaged in providing support to the victims, visiting hospitals where the injured are being treated and offering assistance to those affected by the fire.
