In a significant setback for Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi High Court rejected the AAP Leader’s plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), stating that Kejriwal's arrest and remand by the ED were "not illegal". While rejecting the plea, the Court noted that the significant material collected by ED reveals that the AAP leader conspired with others and was personally involved in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case.
